Women’s Welcome Letter

Dear Women’s League Golfer,

It’s that time again – getting ready for the snow to melt & playing some GOLF!!

We had a great 2010 season & I have more of the same planned for the upcoming year.

Twin Hills will be hosting their 1st SNEWGA tournament on Monday, July 11th, so mark your calendars!!

I know we can keep the league going strong with new ideas and increased communication.
E-mail communication is very important so please update your information – please also update your preferred time of play.

The league will be starting Wednesday, April 13th 2011 with tee off each week from 9:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. and after 5:30 p.m.  In order to reserve your place on the league, you must complete the attached form and return it to me no later than March 30th 2011, along with your check in the amount of $110.00. This fee is for your State Handicap, Weekly Cash Prizes, Ghin Tournament and Year-End Banquet. We have several ladies wanting to join our league this year, so please make every effort to get your check in early & if you do not plan on returning, please let me know as well. If I do not receive your reply by the date stated above, your place will be offered to a person on the waiting list.

We would like to have our preseason Meeting on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at 6:30 P.M. at Twin Hills Country Club. We will discuss golf rules of play, annual banquet, Club Championship, SNEWGA and answer any questions you may have. We would like to see all members of the league and all NEW MEMBERS.

Please let me know if you cannot make the March 30th. meeting.
